An Italian bakery bar, with the kitchen on show.
Rosetta began with four friends from Milan — Massimiliano, Alessandro, Tommaso and Ambrogio — and a simple idea: put the bakery behind glass so people could watch the craft. Rosetta is both a classic Italian bread and a founder's sister's name.
In Buckhead that idea became a "live menu": a full glass display where focaccia, bomboloni and croissants are made by hand all day, with a separate coffee bar and a green lawn out front. Everything is baked in house, daily, with ingredients from Italy. As our Atlanta partner puts it, "quality-wise it's as good as whatever you can find in Italy."
